The following points are based on the terms published by The Insight Trips. Always review the final itinerary and booking communication supplied for your specific trip.
Travel documents & booking
- For international travel, passport validity should be at least 6 months from the expected return date.
- Visa rules, fees, processing times and regulatory changes remain the traveller’s responsibility.
- Published rates are based on the stays and services stated in the itinerary and may change with availability, taxes or supplier pricing.
- Airline seats and stay rooms are subject to availability at confirmation.
stays & itinerary
- Standard stay check-in is 14:00 and check-out is 12:00 unless the property advises otherwise.
- If a listed stay is unavailable, an alternate stay of similar standard may be arranged.
- Itineraries may change because of weather, traffic, government decisions, closures, strikes, airline changes or other circumstances beyond control.
- Additional services or personal expenses not included in the package are payable directly by the traveller.
