Cancellation deductions can depend on how close the cancellation is to departure, and airline tickets already issued are stated as non-refundable.
Published cancellation schedule
- Airline tickets once issued are non-refundable.
- With immediate effect after booking, a cancellation charge of ₹5,000 per person is stated.
- 45 days before departure: 20% of tour cost deducted.
- 30 days before departure: 40% of tour cost deducted.
- 30 to 14 days before departure: 70% of tour cost deducted.
- 14 to 5 days before departure: 100% of tour cost deducted.
- No-show at departure: 100% of tour cost deducted.
